  • 1 ⅓ cups quick-cooking oats

  • 2 egg whites

Notes

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the quick-cooking oats, white sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and baking soda. Mix well.
