  • 1 tbsp Butter

Notes

  1. In a small bowl, combine the whole fennel seeds, freshly ground black pepper, dried poultry seasoning, freshly ground nutmeg, garlic powder, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix well to create the spice mix.
  2. Season the boneless center cut pork chops with kosher salt on both sides. Drizzle the maple syrup over the pork chops, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle the spice mix over the pork chops, pressing gently to adhere the spices to the meat.
  4. Pour the fine dry breadcrumbs onto a plate. Press the spiced pork chops into the breadcrumbs, coating both sides evenly.
