- 2 pounds Baking Potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
- 3 cloves Garlic, peeled (optional), adjust to taste
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter

- In a large pot, add the peeled and quartered baking potatoes. If desired, you can also include peeled garlic cloves for extra flavor.
