Coleslaw Tartare

Gently fold together thin ribbons of crisp cabbage and juicy radish in a spacious mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, expertly combine the remaining ingredients to create a flavorful dressing. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and delicately toss until every leaf and slice is evenly coated. Allow the dish to rest in the refrigerator until it reaches a perfectly chilled temperature, ready to be served with finesse

Ingredients

  • 1 small Coarsely grated or finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Papper - thin radish slices
  • 1 cup commercial mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Prepared musterd
  • 2 tsp Grated onion
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
  • 4 tsp Finely chopped pimento
  • 1/8 tsp Dried leaf tarragon

Notes

  1. Mix cabbage and radish in a large bowl.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients to create a dressing.
  3. Add the dressing to the cabbage mixture and toss to blend well.
  4. Chill until serving time.
