Notes

  1. Take two ripe bananas, peel them, and chop them into small pieces. Place the chopped bananas in a container or freezer bag and freeze them until solid. It usually takes about 2 to 4 hours.
  2. Once the bananas are frozen, remove them from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to slightly soften.
  3. In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen banana chunks and ½ cup of skim milk.
  4. Blend the mixture on high speed until the bananas break down and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender or processor a few times to ensure everything is well incorporated.
