Ham Loaf

The recipe involves preheating the oven to 350°F, preparing a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan, mixing all the ingredients (except Raisin Sauce), and baking for 1 1/2 hours. Once done, slice the loaf and serve with Raisin Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ground Cooked Ham - 500 ml
  • 1 1/2 lb ground Pork - 675 g
  • 1 cup Fine Dry Bread Crumbs 250 ml
  • 1 tbsp Prepared mustard - 15 ml
  • 1/2 tsp Salt - 2 ml
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper - 1 ml
  • 2 Eggs, beaten - 2
  • 1 cup Milk - 250 ml
  • Raisin Sauce (add follow)

Notes

Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and prepare a 9 x 5 x 3-inch (23 x 12.5 x 7.5 cm) loaf pan. Mix all the ingredients, except for the Raisin Sauce, and press the mixture firmly into the loaf pan. Bake for 1 and a half hours. Once done, slice the loaf into thick pieces and serve with the Raisin Sauce.
