Notes
- Cashew Cream Consistency: Adjust the water quantity when blending the cashew cream to achieve your desired thickness. Add more water for a thinner consistency or less for a thicker cream.
- Air Fryer Variations: Cooking times may vary depending on the model and size of your air fryer. Keep an eye on the potatoes to ensure they reach a crispy golden brown texture.
- Potato Thickness: Uniformly sliced potatoes will ensure even cooking. Aim for 1/2-inch slices for the perfect balance of crispy exterior and creamy interior.
- Oil Application: Use a basting brush to evenly coat the air fryer basket and potato slices with oil. This helps achieve a golden and crispy texture.
- Seitan Bacon Alternative: Feel free to substitute with your favorite vegan bacon or protein alternative based on personal preference.
- Garnish Creativity: Customize your loaded potatoes by adding extra toppings like vegan cheese, avocado, or hot sauce for a personalized touch.
- Serve Immediately: For the best experience, serve the loaded potatoes immediately after assembling to maintain the crispy texture and temperature of the dish.
