Margherita Chicken

Margherita chicken is a delightful dish that combines the flavors of Margherita pizza with grilled chicken. It involves grilling or pan-searing chicken breasts and topping them with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil. Optionally, a balsamic glaze can be drizzled over the chicken. Serve this flavorful and summery dish with roasted vegetables, a salad, or crusty bread for a complete meal.
