Marinated Shrimp
To prepare shrimp for a Fish Salad Mousse, layer sliced onions and shrimp in a jar. Mix the marinade ingredients in a separate jar and pour over the shrimp and onions. Chill for several hours, turning the jar upside down to ensure the shrimp absorb the marinade. Drain the shrimp before adding to the center of the Fish Salad Mousse.

Ingredients
- 1 small Onion, sliced Paper - thin and separated into rings - 1 small
- 10 oz Large Cleaned Shrimp - 270 g
- 1/2 cup Wine Vinger - 125 ml
- 1/4 cup Salad Oil - 60 ml
- dash Worcestershire Sause - Dash
- dash Tabasco - dash
- 1/2 tsp Paprika - 2 ml
- 1/4 tsp Salt - 1 ml
- 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard - 1 ml
- dash Garlic Salt - pinch
Notes
- Take a jar with a tight lid and layer onions and shrimp inside it.
- In a separate small jar with a tight lid, combine all the remaining ingredients and shake well to blend.
- Pour the mixture over the shrimp and onion in the jar.
- Chill the jar for several hours, turning it upside down a few times to ensure that all the shrimp get a chance to absorb the marinade.
- Lift the shrimp out of the marinade and allow them to drain before placing them in the center of the Fish Salad Mousse.
