Directions
  • Prep the Chicken:

    Pat the chicken thigh dry with paper towels. Rub lightly with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and dried herbs. Make sure the seasoning coats the chicken evenly.

  • Preheat the Air Fryer:

    Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

  • Cook the Chicken – Step 1:

    Place the chicken thigh in the air fryer basket skin-side up (or outside skin if boneless). Cook for 10 minutes at 400°F.

  • Flip and Continue Cooking:

    Carefully flip the chicken and cook for another 10–12 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden and crispy.

  • Finish and Serve:

    Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or lemon wedges. Serve with roasted vegetables, salad, or rice for a complete meal.
