    Salmon Fillets
  • 1/2 tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp
    Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    Turmeric
  • 1 clove
    Garlic
  • 1 tsp
    Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    Honey
  • 1/8 tsp
    Salt
  • Pinch
    Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp
    Fresh Cilantro
Directions
  • Prepare the Marinade

    In a small bowl, combine olive oil, grated ginger, turmeric, minced garlic, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

  • Marinate the Salmon

    Place the salmon fillet in a small dish and coat it evenly with the turmeric ginger marinade. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes so the flavors absorb.

  • Preheat the Pan

    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little olive oil.

  • Cook the Salmon – Step 1

    Place the salmon in the pan skin-side down (if the skin is attached). Cook for about 4–5 minutes without moving it.

  • Flip and Continue Cooking

    Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3–4 minutes until the salmon becomes opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  • Finish and Garnish

    Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Serve with steamed rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables.
