Seafood-Avocado Cocktail

This recipe is for a seafood salad that includes lobster, shrimp, crab, tuna, capers, chives, and parsley. Ingredients

  • 6 oz can Lobster, Broken up Coarsely 165-ml can.
  • 4 1/2 oz can Small shrimp (cocktail size) 130 -ml can
  • 5 oz can Crab, Flaked 140 -ml can
  • 3 3/4 oz can Tuna, Broken up Coarsely 110- ml can
  • 2 tsp Capers 10 ml
  • 2 tsp Chopped Chives 10 ml
  • 2 tsp Chopped Parsley 10 ml
  • 1/2 tsp commercial sour cream 125 ml
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise 80 ml
  • 1/4 cup Dry mustard 1 ml
  • 2 tsp Caper Juice 10 ml

Notes

To create a luxurious seafood salad, combine the succulent flavors of lobster, shrimp, crab, tuna, capers, chives, and parsley in a mixing bowl. Gently toss the ingredients together with a fork until they are well-mixed.
In a separate bowl, whisk together a luscious dressing by blending sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, caper juice, salt, and pepper. Add the dressing to the seafood mixture and toss lightly with a fork until the ingredients are evenly coated.
Allow the salad to chill thoroughly to let the flavors meld together. For a stunning presentation, serve the seafood salad over wedges of ripe avocado, beautifully arranged on a bed of fresh lettuce.
