  • 1 ¾ cups Milk
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp White Sugar
  • 4 tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

Notes

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to its instructions.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and beat them until they are well combined.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour, milk, vegetable oil, white sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract to the bowl with the beaten eggs. Mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter. Make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl to incorporate all the ingredients.
  4. Once the waffle iron is heated, lightly coat the surface with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour a portion of the batter onto the center of the waffle iron, using a ladle or measuring cup. The amount will depend on the size of your waffle iron and the desired thickness of your waffles. Close the waffle iron and cook the waffles according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
