- 1 box White cake mix
- 12 oz 10-Calorie Sunkist
- 8 oz 1/3 Reduced-fat cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 tsp Fresh squeezed orange zest
- 8 oz tub light whipped topping
- Fresh orange slices for garnish
Cake:
Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the cake mix box.
Prepare the white cake mix according to the package instructions, replacing the water with the 10-calorie Sunkist.
Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan and bake it as directed. Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting.
Frosting:
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add in the powdered sugar, fresh orange juice, and orange zest. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Gently fold in the light whipped topping until the frosting is smooth and airy.
Assembling the Cake:
